Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Real China Tour, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that plans may change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., transaction fees, supplier fees).
  • 15 to 30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund will be issued.

1.2 No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to arrive for the scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

1.3 Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

If the tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we will provide a full refund or offer a credit for future travel.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date changes are allowed up to 15 days before the tour start date, subject to availability.
  • If the new date has a different price, customers will need to pay the difference (if applicable).

4. Supplier & Third-Party Services

Some tours involve third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transportation services). Their cancellation policies may differ, and refunds are subject to their terms.
